At ABEO Footwear, we want you to walk in total comfort; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and securely package your unworn footwear in its original box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to be sent back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new pair within 5-7 business days.
